With the exception of Glass Items, which are shipped only in Australia, we send our products throughout Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.

Postage Cost...

We try to use Australia Post where possible and when it is the cheapest.  We always try to keep our postage costs as low as possible and we will always contact you with the correct postage costs before processing your order

Regular Postage...

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery depending on your location.

Express Postage...

Choosing Express Postage will not affect the processing time of orders. Once packed, orders will be sent by Australia Post Express eParcel.

International Postage...

At this stage all international orders are sent by Regular Air Mail. This is not registered or insured.

Glass Items...

All Glass Items will be sent by Courier, we will also advise you of these charges prior to processing your order.

Our Glass products are sold in carton or half-carton quantities to reduce the risk of breakages in transit. Each item is individually packaged inside the carton. While every effort is made to pack and transport your fragile order safely, we cannot guarantee that items`will arrive undamaged. It is our recommendation that you purchase a couple more items than you require for your purpose. Wedding Isle does not accept responsibility for damages caused in transit.

Insurance and What to do if Items are Damaged in Transit...

Due to the simple nature of glass items being transported long distances, it is evident that breakages can occur. While Wedding Isle will not take responsibility for any damages, we will always endeavour to arrive at a satisfactory outcome for both parties.

N.B. We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged in transit.
